Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method you choose, and your delivery location.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within seven [7] business days after payment is received, unless otherwise noted. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, special promotions, or due to inventory availability.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following locations:
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within US and territories.
Please note that some territories may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination territory. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, certain factors outside of our control may cause delays. These factors include but are not limited to:

6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping regulations or restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain addresses. This includes P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other restricted locations. If you encounter an issue at checkout, please contact us for alternative arrangements.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within five [5] days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. We may ask for photos of the damaged items and the packaging to assist with the claim.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your shipment is deemed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or misdirected shipments due to incorrect address information.
